Aviv search and new moon 2015

שָׁמוֹר אֶת חֹדֶשׁ הָאָבִיב, וְעָשִׂיתָ פֶּסַח, לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ: כִּי בְּחֹדֶשׁ הָאָבִיב, הוֹצִיאֲךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ מִמִּצְרַיִם לָיְלָה. ב וְזָבַחְתָּ פֶּסַח לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ, צֹאן וּבָקָר, בַּמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר-יִבְחַר יְהוָה לְשַׁכֵּן שְׁמוֹ שָׁם

Observe the month of Aviv and celebrate the Passover of YHWH your God, because in the month of Aviv he brought you out of Egypt by night.2 Sacrifice as the Passover to YHWH your God an animal from your flock or herd at the place the Lord will choose as a dwelling for his Name. Duet 16:1-2

On March 19th 2015 we sighted Aviv barley in the Jordan Valley and Northern Negev.
